About the Founder

Business Coping Management was branded in 2019 by Chasity J, a licensed manicurist and instructor who has spent 20 plus years building and owning her own business in the beauty industry. Known to her clients and colleagues as "The Manicurist Enhancer," Chasity J has helped numerous nail technicians brand their businesses and grow into successful entrepreneurs in their own right. She is the published author of several books, available on Amazon and through her online store, and is the owner of Razzle Dazzle Nail Supply, located in Detroit, Michigan.

Building on that foundation, Chasity J went on to found Modernique Nails Manicuring Academy, training the next generation of nail technicians in both technical craft and business fundamentals, and Rose of Sharon Non-Profit Organization, extending her commitment to empowerment beyond the beauty industry to support single mothers and their children as they build toward lasting self-sufficiency. Across all three organizations — Business Coping Management, Modernique Nails Manicuring Academy, and Rose of Sharon — Chasity J's work is grounded in a single throughline: giving people the structure, skills, and confidence to move from surviving to thriving, whether that's a nail technician launching her first business, a student mastering her craft, or a mother building a new life for her family. She is currently completing her MBA at Wayne State University, with graduation set for May 2027.
